The major theme for this contest is “Human Rights: Grim Present, Hopeful Future!” The Applicants (film-makers) are highly encouraged to observe and illustrate the human right of their choice and the violations thereof, AND also render solutions that spark light into future paths to tackling/eradicating the issue(s) and/or show the hopeful horizons at sight for a promising future for mankind.
